I think many would be useful to know (and considering the future) — Has the jetlag your IOI-line?
I propose th IOI- participants to answer some simple questions:
0. If jetlag had a bad influence on your IOI-result? (-10: much worse, 0: no effect, 10: much improved)?
1. What was your jetlag (for Ukraine: +7 hours)
2. When you arrive in Brisbane (local time) / how many days you had was to adapt (the team of Ukraine: July 5 ~ 22:00 / 2 days)
3. How much time did you spend on the road to Brisbane? (Ukrainian team: ~ 36 hours)
4. Have you taken any steps to reduce the impact of jetlag (drugs, diet, ...).
