Please look at the submission's time and numbers. Feagty solved 'B' earlier than Rado and Rado solved 'D' and 'E', earlier than Feagty. And a little detail : Rado's solutions's('D' and 'E') language is Java 6. But Feagty's solution's('B') language is GNU C++ both of them.
Please look at their codes and ban them !!!

Why would anyone care about people cheating in Codeforce Rounds? These are not prize-winning or international award-winning competitions. It is merely a platform to practice everyone's own programming contest skills for their own interest. If people want to cheat, let them cheat. It doesn't give any good to them, neither bring any bad to others. You might say it affects Codeforce ranking! Screw ranking. Does it matter? Even it matters, good programmers will still rank at the top even there are cheaters.
